Nokian Tyres is looking for an experienced and results-driven HR Manager to work closely with leaders at both Vianor and Nokian Tyres in Norway.
This role covers HR responsibilities for Vianor with service centers, as well as the Nokian Tyres sales organization in Norway.
You will have the opportunity to both implement global HR strategies and develop local initiatives that support the company’s and business units’ objectives.
As HR Manager, you will be a key player in translating business strategies into clear people priorities and actions. You will provide leaders with expert support on all HR-related matters and be a member of both the global HR management team and the local business leadership team.

Key responsibilities;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead wage policy and negotiations in close cooperation with HR services (solid knowledge of collective agreements required)
- Coach and develop leaders according to common leadership principles
- Advise and train managers on labor law, recruitment, people development, and organizational change
- Ensure strong routines for employee follow-up, competence development, and HSE
- Contribute to a positive work environment and a strong performance culture
- Collaborate across local and global HR teams to develop and implement common HR practices and processes to support business needs
Who are you?
- Higher education in HR, organizational psychology, law, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of solid HR experience, preferably in a larger and global organization
- Strong knowledge of Norwegian labor law and collective agreements
- Experience with change processes, leadership support, and culture building
- Structured, clear communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative and effective relationship builder across organizations and locations, as well as with external partners
- Fluid both oral and written language in Norwegian and English
